Please find below services and guidance that may be able to assist in supporting the wellbeing of our students and their families.

Health wellbeing
Please do follow Government advice on health and safety protocols.
No matter what space is available, 20 minutes of exercise in the morning, afternoon and evening will also support the wellbeing of individuals. A walk in the local area or an exercise routine (videos available on YouTube) will help maintain activity levels and break up the day.
The time allocation of screen time should be managed. School work should be accessed through Google Classroom and Go4Schools, but there is so much more family learning that can take place during this time – reading, listening to music, board games, quizzes, nature walks, creative arts.
