Calculated Exam Results 2021

Year 11 - GCSE and Level 2 BTECs

  • 2 students achieved all their subjects at the top grades 8/9, with 16 students having an Attainment 8 score of 8.0+.

  • 10 students achieved all of their subjects at grades 9-7, with 35 students having an Attainment 8 score of 7.0+.

  • 74% students achieved grades 9-4 in English and Maths 

  • 51% students achieved grades 9-5 in English and Maths 

  • 30% of students achieved the English Baccalaureate (Grade 5+) 

  • 46% of students achieved the English Baccalaureate (Grade 4+) 

  • 82% of students achieved grades 9-4 in English, with 63% achieving grades 9-5 and 22% achieving grades 9-7.  9% of students achieved the top grades of 8/9.

  • 79% of students achieved grades 9-4 in Maths, with 60% achieving grades 9-5 and 29% achieving grades 9-7.  15% of students achieved the top grades of 8/9.

In Science:

  • 53% of students achieved grades 9-7 in Biology;

  • 35% of students achieved grades 9-7 in Chemistry;

  • 34% of students achieved grades 9-7 in Physics;

  • 71% of students achieved grades 9-4 in Combined Science, with 43% achieving grades 9-5 and 14% achieving grades 9-7.  4% students achieved the top grades of 8/9.

 

Year 13 - A Level and Level 3 BTECs

36% of students secured A*/A grades

57% of students secured A*-B grades

81% of students secured A*-C grades

100% pass rate across all subjects.

96% Accepted university places with 93% achieving their first choice university.

2 students entered employment.

44% secured places at Russell Group and TEF Gold Standard universities.  Below just gives you a small sample:
