Amendments to the Upper School Day - Friday 26 June

Many of our classrooms are not equipped to deal with such extreme heat, and it is important that students can make their way home before the hottest part of the day. The timings are as follows:

• Year 7, Year 8, Year 9 & Year 10 students will be dismissed at 12.30pm after period 3.
• Year 12 students will be dismissed at 12.30pm after period 3 unless they have an exam which will continue in period 4 in our air-conditioned hall.

A relaxed uniform and the option to wear PE kit remains, but please ensure that if PE kit is
worn, cycling shorts are not permitted.

Food will be available for all students at break time, and please ensure that your
son/daughter has a water bottle that can be refilled.

Lower School

• Optional early collection at 1:30pm for families.

Children remaining in school will continue with lessons and learning as normal.
Year 5 & Year 6 Independent Travellers: Please note that independent travellers will remain in school until their usual dismissal time of 3:20pm.
